I do not know what coin silver plate is, but thats what the back of the label says. Its from the early 1900s. It is such a dear little ladle. Its only 6 inches tall. The bowl is 1 5/8 inches. this weighs less than an ounce. Its absolutely adorable. What a sweet antique.
