Vintage Harry Levine Brown Velvet Purse is a timeless piece with a solid rectangular shape and a foldover bar closure. The purse features a brown velvet exterior with gold hardware accents, making it perfect for formal occasions or parties. I believe from the 60s to 70s era. Size 8" by 8". Has a stray mark here or there on inside . Beautiful piece of history.

I fashioned a new 26" strap from pieces of vintage belts so can carry as shoulder bag or crossbody. Clean inside and out. Has vintage "Monet" pin on the front. Frane shows some wear on outside and some pitting on inside see pics.
