This is a NEW Meat Temperature Probe. I got it from the local liquidation store.

The metal part of the probe is 4 and 7/8 inches long.
The cable section is almost 17 in long.

The other end terminates in a 1/4 in phone plug.

The room resistance is about 48000 ohms, and is NTC.

The rubber ends are brown rubbery material.

I believe this is probably a Westinghouse probe, but it may fit others too.
